Behind the Design

The goal of this project was to win the competition to represent the student body and the board of design at the portfolio show. There was a lot of deliberation over what direction the team wanted to go in to give us the best chance. We decide to go for a theme that would represent all of the majors that Sinclair offers in the design department. The name Behind the Design ties into that allowing reason to showcase a lot of the process of the designers in all departments. The retro theme was an catching "front" for the photography. We wanted something that would catch the publics eye ad give them a reason to "look behind the design.
